backpack to gunma, japan

well, we had a rental car, so does it count as backpack travel?!

anyway, it took me a while to put up the gallery and travel log of my recenly gunma, japan, trip. the place is unforgetable. the food, the people, and the view. without a rental car, this is just somewhere you can't really go just by local transports. this is my second trip to japan, but i bet i've seen more of local japan, than those who went to japan thousand times but tokyo only.

its true that a picture worth thousand words, but without a single word, a picture may be meaningless. so in the future, i should try to put some travel log on, rather than just picture, picture and picture...

i will be back to uk for 2 weeks next month. i am not yet sure where i should take my parents and sisters to, around britain may be, or to iceland may be. wherever we will be going, i've already got my gears ready: a nikon 70-300mm vr that i managed to get one 2 weeks ago even everywhere including most of japan are still out of stock and i still haven't got a chance to try this new baby, and a wintec wbt-100 gps logger that works as a black box keep track your whole trip without the need carrying pda/laptop around and log output feed straight to google map and draw you nice tracks of places you have been.
